Got there this morning for a appointment for 10, got there at 9 , wife walked out at 12 because we still had to wait again once we got in the back, imagine if we were illegals probably in and out...
i have never seen a more disrespectful doctor office than this place especially Kim Mathis even if the doctors are kind they clearly are to busy to worry about how staff treats their patients.
Would not recommend at all l, waited over an hour past our appointment time with zero information that they were running extremely behind. To the point we had to leave with out getting to have our appointment. Not only did we not get our appointment when we spoke with the check out lady informing her we had to leave she acted like it was the funniest thing in the world. If they would have bothered to inform us of how behind they were we would have made other arrangements so we could have kept our appointment. Would not recom... read more
