The phone lady was so rude and nasty completely wouldn't listen to anything I said! I called on a friday saying my son may not beable to make his saturday appointment she said call saturday abd let us know. So I did call saturday early morning to advise he wouldn't be able to make it due to a family wedding and timing. They are now penalizing me saying I canceled same day I only did what they told me to do and am now penalized. She was very rude and uncaring and cold and just kept saying we changed our policy. the dentist himself was very nice, educated, interacted with me during the appointment. my first appointment kind of sucked a woman who idk her name put something in my mouth that was extremely painful but i just ignored the pain. no clue what it was. anyway, then i had to get some fillings. i was numbed which thank god but after a couple of weeks I still had sensitivity in my filled tooth which i let the dentist know and we did it again but still the same results, highly sensitive to hot and cold, because of this I did canc... read more
The staff were all very friendly, patient, and went out of their way to ensure we were informed and involved with all aspects of care. I would absolutely recommend this practice.
Great first experience, wonderful staff everyone is amazing happy positive good energy from all. Id recommend anyone to this location any day.
