Do NOT go here. My son went there after being somewhat neglectful of his teeth (and by neglectful I mean he hadn’t had a cleaning in about 4 years, he regularly brushes his teeth) and the woman who cleaned his teeth tore his mouth apart. I called to complain. Whoever is the receptionist there said she showed the photo to the doctor and it’s normal. I had a routine cleaning scheduled for one Friday afternoon, upon leaving for my appointment, I received a text asking me to confirm my appointment for that FOLLOWING Friday. Living in the middle of the ADK park my drive to Rome is about 90 mins away. Unfortunately, I had already drove about 45 of those 90 mins before I received this text. I am so grateful for the work that Dr. C did for me. He not only made sure I was totally numb but also continually checked in throughout the procedure to make sure I was okay. He made sure i understood all of my options and didnt pressure me one way or another. The staff was also so kind in offering a hand to hold and believeing my pain and doing what they can to help.
