Best Italian Restaurant bar none I have been dining at Roma's Ristorante and Lounge for years, and the food and service are the best in town. I am always greeted by a friendly hostess, and the owner is on premises almost everytime we've dined there., Their pizza is to die for, and the home made pastas and sauce are always fresh and tasty. We love the atmosphere and the family feel of the restaurant, and our friends always insist we eat there when they come from out ot town. Dead fish, lipstick & bugs My Girlfriend, M, and I are new to East Troy and weve been slowly sampling all the local cuisine. We finally decided to try Romas Ristorante. From the outside, the lot bristled with cars and people were coming and going. After entering, we were greeted by a young female hostess and directed to follow her to the dining room. Good Italian Food The shrimp alfredo is to die for. It is a good family place. The atmosphere is great. Ususally the owner steps in from time to time to check on how the dinner is.
Sometimes great and sometimes not!! Hard place to recommend - yet still continue to go there... At times their food is wonderful (especially the homemade salad dressing). Other times the fish fry is greasy or not very fresh. worth checking out, but can't promise what the quality will be that day.
Go for the crab legs They have an all you can eat crab legs dinner on Wednesday that is worth the trip. The crab legs are very large and tasty. You also get salad, and potato/pasta with it. They also have specials that night where you can get a smaller portion of crab if you are not into all you can eat.
