This butcher is a unique experience. Great old fashioned ambiance combined with modern efficiency. You can place special orders and know the meat products here are from local sustainable farms. Knowledgeable and friendly help and there’s even a collection of great cookbooks with chairs to linger in while browsing recipes to inspire your next culinary adventure. This is my go-to place for meat from now on. They even have fresh fish delivered once a week. Bravo!
We only get our meats from Roma's. It's the safest, freshest and tastiest meat around! Why would you settle for anything less ? Prices are accordingly to that standard and worth your every dollar spent. I buy in bulk and it's paid dividends to my family's over all happiness and well being. Lastly, the staff and owner. Roma's does NOT serve lunch or ANY ready made food/sandwiches. This is strictly a butcher shop with wonderful local meats.
We love Roma. They have a nice selection of fresh and frozen meats, sausages, etc, and lots of other tasty looking things. The staff are always helpful if we have questions. Last time we were in we were looking for their Angry Tuscan sausage, and it turned out they were making it right then, so we got it hot off the presses (so to speak). We appreciate that Roma is women owned and operated.
