Horrible customer service and overall a very rude interaction there.
Very professional
This place is the best Jewelry Store around! I’ve been bringing my jewelry to them to be repaired for a very long time. The people are very friendly, I feel like they care about me as their customer. My mom passed away last month and I found some rings that she had lost in the house many years ago. One particular was aged, missing a stone and the prongs were bent. I went in to pick something up for my mother in law and he was nice and generous enough to fix my wedding band and my engagement ring and didn’t charge me anything. I would highly recommend them to anyone to go there for anything.
I took my 3 pendants to the store at 3:30 pm to have a sturdy loop put on to each one. They were ready by 4:30. The price was very reasonable and the service was top Notch. I met Barry the owner and Tony his sales rep. Both were a pleasure to work with. I’m glad I ignored the few bad reviews they have.
