Caring Matters is doing a great job looking after my mother. They went above and beyond our expectations with their attentiveness, professionalism and dedication. It has been a huge relief to our family with their flexibility and willingness to accommodate our needs. If you are looking for home health care, I would highly recommend them.

my grandmother has services with the caring matters home care for a couple of years now and she's had the same aide for about three or four years. this aid goes above and beyond. she helps her shower, does the laundry. she cooks her meals and even prepares them for days that she is not with her. they sit and gossip, and she plays card games with her. she told me she taught the aide how to play gin rummy. my grandmother tells me about her all the time, and says how much she enjoys her company, so i know she's happy. it feels ... read more

Caring Matters is a great place to work, the office staff is very compassionate and helpful, and they treat their employees and clients with a lot of respect. If you enjoy helping and caring for people who are elderly and disabled and need services this is a good agency to work for, they care about and take excellent care of their employees and clients.
