I recently had a tree fall on my house and the roof needed replacing. I am extremely happy with the outcome of Roman’s!
Very disappointed with how this project was handled. Materials were dropped off ahead of schedule despite an agreed date and time — all while I wasn’t home. They said they’d start Wednesday afternoon but didn’t show up until the following Monday at 7 AM, unannounced. They damaged my gate leaving and sent someone for the dumpster the next day, again without notice waking me up. Customer service was no help — acted like they knew everything but clearly didn’t. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience.
I had Roman’s install asphalt shingles on my main house and cedar shingles on an out building. The craftsmanship and quality of work were excellent, especially the cedar shingles which are difficult to work with and require skill to install properly. I am extremely pleased with their performance. What earned them the 5 star rating, though, is their dedication to making sure I was completely satisfied with their work.
