(Locked my keys in the ignition.) He arrived promptly, and was courteous and very professional (despite having been drenched working in the rain on a previous call). He had me back into my car within 2-3 minutes, and left the passenger door completely undamaged/unscratched. He was excellent, and I highly recommend them again if you unfortunately need their services. Many many thanks!
