Roman's is amazing! I've locked my keys in my car numerous times, and they've always been prompt and friendly.Thanks for the speedy service
Called to have them replace lock on safety deposit boxes. Stated they could not get a copy to work and when I asked for original key that had broken off in key slot he told me "well we don't have it around here anymore" and informed me I would have to replace entire box and hung up on me. Called back to ask to speak to Owner and was informed by Thomas that he was the owner and then he hung up on me again. Very poor customer service and will never use them again.
