Had my eyebrows done today and it was genuinely one of the worst experiences of my life. The shape has been completely ruined and now I’m stuck having to grow this entire mess out for months. Absolutely devastated by the result. Would not recommend at all.

I had great experience in Romans when I decided to do Keratin treatment from here. Harman is an excellent staff and has done my hair professionally and beautifully. I do recommend people this wonderful salon to get your hair or face done. They have got other excellent services as well like laser treatment. You won’t be disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience during my visit! Harman did my shellac manicure and pedicure and they turned out absolutely beautiful. she was detailed, gentle, and made sure everything looked perfect. Anu did my hair colour, they were both fantastic! They listened to what I wanted, offered great suggestions and the result was better than I imagined. The whole team was warm, professional, and made me feel really comfortable. Highly recommend!

Anu provided exceptional waxing and brow shaping. She's is incredibly efficient, thorough, and maintains a high level of professionalism. You can tell she's a very hard-working individual who takes pride in her work. I was particularly impressed with how quickly she was able to complete the waxing without sacrificing quality and making the shape perfect. One star only because zero isn’t an option. I used to go here when I lived locally and it was fine, but my recent visit was an absolute nightmare. I asked for a simple trim for my layers — confirmed it before the wash, and again after. When she finished, my hair was a complete mess. I nearly cried and told her I couldn’t go out looking like that (and trust me, I’m no stranger to messy hair days).
