I am a regular coustomer of Romans now. I am so satisfied with the service that they provide. Each staffs, especially Harman, she is very friendly, helpful and used to explain everything what she is going to do. She is well known what she is doing, I always ask for her when I go there.Thank you so much everyone for providing such a good service. I recommend Romans to everyone.

I have been there recently few time and I thought it was mine first time so I ignored it but I won’t recommend any one there . Neither I ll go again Reason they don’t use clean wooden speculators when they do wax . She came out doing some one underarms wax and she did not even wash her hand . there is no hygiene system .she started it doing mine face wax when I did say she said don’t worry I used wipes but she didn’t . staff is so uneducated No customer service they don’t even listen when you explain what you want. I recommend everyone to go there at Romans hair and beauty they are best.....I was getting my waxing done from them from long time..their service is really good and their salon is very clean all the time and it's very hygiene....the staff is very good and educated as well....I done my eyebrows and face from Harman...she's very good she make a perfect shape for me before it was bit messy...so I recommend all to go there.....they are best......

I got waxing done from Jot , she was extremely professional. I didnt even feel the pain whilst she was removing the hair. Her approach was pleasant . I will be definitely coming back again. All the staff very welcoming
