Lowest bidder for the counties drinking water. Now we don't have water on Monday. Cool!
I’ve been with this company for at least 3 years. All of a sudden last month, they stopped delivering water to my house. They don't communicate by any way to schedule a date or time to let me know when they would arrive. I keep calling them and they don't answer any of the phone calls or messages. This is very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Twice Roman's double billed, separate incidents. When shown the evidence of double billing the first time, they corrected the double billing. The second time they refused. 200+ gallons of water drank by three people in 30 days with two deliveries in the same month? Found a new drinking water provider.
We love Romans, they always come through for our family when we need refills and their prices are great. Great water and great service.
