Great dining experience. Waiter was friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. The wait time was minimal.
I enjoy going here dor the appetizers. I LOVE their bruschetta! Their ambiance is charming and I've always had a great server who entertained while the served.
Have been to two Romano's Macaroni Grills, one in Cerritos and the other in Los Alamitos, CA. Horrible experience in both. In Los Alamitos me and friend were seated (place not busy) waited way too long for a server to show. 10 minutes pass and no silverware or water brought to table. Asked for a server, after 5 minutes just got up and left the restaurant. Still not the worst, Cerritos restaurant topped that. Again me and a friend stopped for dinner. Relatively small portions for the price. Food is a tad bit "blah", not bad and not good at the same time. Just okay. I expected much better but hey the bread is good and the service was good. Too bad the food couldn't match the service.
Love their curbside pick-up. Usually fast and the food is good. We like the chicken parm. Good flat bread pizza. Haven't eaten inside yet. Salads are a bit lacking.
Inside is nice, clean, and staff is friendly. Unfortunately, it seems the food isn't as good as it once was.
I always enjoy dining here. The service is first rate and the cuisine is delicious. Ideal place for client lunches.
All new staff. Slow and unattentive service. Had to ask for water, bread, pepper and cheese. Waitress was also bartender but I counted at least 10 staff. My lamb was overcooked/burned. Cooks may have been newly graduated culinary staff or just inexperiened. Bread was also cold, which we had to ask for as well. Waitress never asked how things are. I have never received this lack of service before.
Hubby took me here for my birthday. I have to say I love the food! It was really good. The only thing is that I went for my birthday; my husband wanted to surprise me by telling the hostess that he would signal her when she should bring over the cake...she completely forgot, I could see my husbands frustration. He finally had to make a very obvious gesture so that she could remember to bring over the cake. I noticed everything since I already now my husbands face for 14 years lol! Poor baby!!
