The atmosphere is immediately noticeable. The decorum made for an intimate setting. The staff were friendly and inviting. Great customer service. The food arrived quickly and hot. Great choices of seafood dishes. Convenient location right next to the hotel and not far from the highway. This place is definately a "do-over."

My husband and I visited the Cerritos location on Valentine’s Day. BIG MISTAKE! It took a little more than an hour to be seated. We were in the way of their guest seating traffic and right next to the waiter’s stations. You could hardly hear yourself talk. The lamb I ordered was so dry I had to send it back for something else. After working a 13 hour shift and thinking of Macaroni Grill all day, my wife, granddaughter and I went to the one in Dublin, Oh. We waited 15 min for a table even though there were 4 or 5 empty ones available (?). We ordered and waited for or food to come. Once the food arrived, my wife commented " the portions are drastically smaller". Well I went to Romano's Macaroni Grill for my anniversary in November. Everything was great including our waitress. This was our first time here so the waitress told use a little about the menu and from there me and my boyfriend ordered. I ordered the chicken marsala and it was great up until I bit into some very burnt mushrooms. It was so gross that I had to go and spit it up in the bathroom and come back and rinse my mouth out with that sample of wine they gave me. The taste finally went away and I finished it. Great food, good service and average prices. Clean restaurant and pleasant atmosphere. I will go back.
The last 2-3 times we have been displeased. The food quality and quantity has changed. The price has remained the same but the portions are much smaller. I have two teenage boys and they leave still hungry. The quality is also lacking with soggy noodles. We found Anacapri which is great and gives better deals. I won't be going here AGAIN.
We moved here and were a little sad to not find any real good local Italian places. Since then, we have discovered a couple that are pretty good, but the fact is no place is better than Macaroni Grill. My wife and I just went again for our anniversary and it was such a wonderful meal that my mouth is still remembering it. Yumm! The wait staff is pleasant, knowledgable and energetic. I love everything about it!
we had 4 yes 4meals and not 1 was satisfied the food was cold and horable...ps the sever was very nice but thefood was'nt... thank you. spent $85.00 for nothing.
