Great food. Great service. And it was a busy Saturday night. Totally recommend to everyone.
Great eggplant parmigiana. A nice bar, friendly crew. My family really enjoys Macaroni's.
We ordered the calamari, it was greasy and over cooked. I had the eggplant parm, to greasy to eat. My daughter had spaghetti and meatballs, the meatballs were also over cooked and had no sauce on them. We were very disappointed to spend $50 on a meal that bad.
My husband and I went on a Wednesday night and the service was disappointing! There were not too many people and we sat for over 20 waiting to be waited on. We don't have many opportunities to get out alone because we are busy with our children. The waiter apparently was unaware that we were one of his tables. When he was made aware, the service did not get any better. We will not be going there again.
went to the Macaroni Grill Yesterday at 3pm by the Agua Fria freeway. We wont be going back. Service is slow,the waitress has no help from the other staff who is supposed to be keeping you in bread and drinks. One of our appetizers was not served until the entrees came , even though we kept asking where it was.my second coctail was not served for a good 25 minutes after I ordered it. My fiancé, a friend and I went by this location after church this past week and had one of the worst experiences we've ever had a restaurant. There was no hostess and seemed to be no management. There was a line to the door from the hostess stand and no one would even say what the problem was. There were numerous waiters/waitresses standing around.
