Tried the Mac grill on alameda for the first and last time! While the service was great I can't say the same for the food. My daughter and I ordered stuff mushrooms, salmon n chicken on a brick. Everything was bland and dripping in grease. It was a very disappointing experience for the price. When we arrived and the lot was half empty we considered going to chilis or BJs, but I thought this location would be as good as others I have tried. Boy was I wrong! Excellent food & service. Recommend = YES
I been a patron for about six years. The food is excellent and the waiters and staff have been very helpful. I end up with taking home left overs to make a second meal of my visit.
Good experience. Slow, yes. Family friendly? Yes. Business friendly? Would not come here for business. People should realize that italianesque restaurants do not normally equate to fast casual. (Though they are now attempting to.). Parkside service is the real evil here. They will shirk you on portion size, sauce, its pretty dismal!
I really liked the atmosphere there, but the menu is very limited as far as food and dessert are concerned the portions are kind of small and no garlic bread is served with your dishi will spend the extra money and go to Buca de beppos in the future
OMG this place sucks! I believe the cook got his training and experience making Hospital food. If you have a dietery issues and can only eat food that lacks in Taste, salt , garlic and pepper. This is your place. Sorry guys

Dinner was cold and over cooked. Service was ok. Head somewhere else.
I was satisfied with waitress.she wasn't the problem I left forgot my phone walk out was gone about 5 minutes no one was seated at table but my phone was gone they checked couldn't find it but management went and looked and somehow it ended up out back by their trash can so they told me so. They dont have honest people that work for them. Instead of finding it and turning the phone in they tried to keep it and hide it for later.
