Food was good. I had a pizza, it was a little dry and had too much flour. But flavor was good and they gave me a dish of marinara when asked. My husband loves the fresh bread and olive oil they serve!
We have always enjoyed macaroni grill. This time was very disappointing. The bread ( which our waiter told us had just come out of oven) was stale. I asked for a new loaf and our waiter, Dustin, was frosty thereafter. Out dirty glasses, appetizer plate and bread plates were never cleared. Our meals took over 30 Min and were all barely warm. My daughter's had to be warmed up. Dustin never asked if we wanted dessert. I stopped as we were leaving and told the manager how disappointing an experience it was. Not being a city person this was the first restaurant I found so we decided to dine here after a 3 hour car ride. We walked in with jeans and sweatshirts which I know are not normal attire for this type of place but we noticed several other couples dressed similar, so we thought it would be ok. The first thing we noticed was the silverware was dirty and the plates were greasy. Even though our original waiter was too busy to serve us last night.... One of the beautiful waitresses came to our aid, gave us our food and drinks in wonderful time. I hope our tip was enough for that beautiful soul ♡♡ One of my favorite places to visit in Portland!
Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Food was very tasty.
What an outstanding restaurant the food and service where the best ever. Wish we had one in lisbon or auburn
They charged us twice on our debit card and told us to call the bank and they will take it off!! Really? The bank is going to credit us the money that macaroni grill stole from our account!
