Absolutely horrible !!! Very disappointing ! Haven't been here Its been years since I was last here and now I remember why. We had a 15's celebration last night...unorganized, food was cold, inexperienced waiters. What was supposed to be a 2 hour event took 4 hours because of how long it took. People were returning their food because it was cold. We didn't open the wine.! Great ambience, food was delicious and the service was good and fast.
We went on Saturday June 17 to celebrate early Father's Day, what a horrible experience we had . We ordered drinks and they arrived 30 minutes later and the sad part the restaurant was empty. I ordered a $30 rib eye steak , it was supposed to be well done not burned and the potatoes and vegetables burned and mushy as well. To top it off the ceiling leaking and water from condensation landing on my uncle!! We figured to celebrate a day earlier thinking we would get a better service!! Shame on the mgt team!!
