LIFE-SAVER! My BMW X7 was suddenly flashing all these messages about steering control and electrical supply issues, and advised me to stop driving immediately (on a Sunday). Not only was Romano very responsive, he did a good check on my car, reassured me it was mainly a battery issue and that my car was safe to drive, and sent me on my way (after flushing out the engine error codes) after refusing to accept any fee for his services!
