Brian did an awful job
4 years later and our carpet has folds and nails are popping up. The job they did installing our carpet is not holding up at all and looks terrible. We will soon be replacing our very expensive carpeting due to poor workmanship. The attitude of the lead man was just awful from the moment he walked into our home. We think he deliberately sabotaged the project as he was angry that we lived so far out. We paid an extra fee for our location. Everyone at Romanoff Renovations was so easy to work with! Their communication was stellar and the laborers they sent were masters in their craft. We had new flooring (luxury vinyl plank and carpet) installed in our entire house, AND all new baseboards. Not only did they show up 20 minutes early, they worked 12 hours straight (due to an issue with the existing subfloor), and then came back at 7 am the next morning to finish the job.
