Excellent carpet install by Elmer and crew, they even arrived a day earlier than originally scheduled. Neat, professional and personable. Would use again.
-You Have Been Warned- Avoid Romanoff Renovations. They do not care about you, timelines or your schedule. They will change your install date/time, not show up, act rude when you call. Adrienne 'the manager(?)' at the Raleigh office is incredibly rude. AVOID! HomeDepot should not work with this company anymore.
had new carpet installed June 19th, the 2 guys that did the install were great not only with the craftmanship but with the time they did it. thank you so much.
Romanoff Renovation was the contract company used by Home Depot to install our new carpet. We were very pleased with the install! What I was under the understanding would be a two day job was completed in one day. The team that was sent out was respectful of our home and very courteous.
The installers arrived on time, they were very friendly, and worked steadily to install the flooring. The installation went smoothly, the cleanup was great. Overall the experience with Romanoff Renovations was excellent. We highly recommend them!
