Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior We’ve had ongoing HVAC issues since moving into our home. For over a year and a half, we repeatedly raised concerns about uneven air distribution throughout the house, only to be dismissed and gaslit by Romanoff technicians. I am leaving this review because the issue has not yet been resolved. I live in a new construction townhouse (2025), and the HVAC system is extremely loud. The noise is disruptive, wakes me up at night, and makes it very difficult to live comfortably in my own home. Guests who visit are often confused and ask what is happening.
