Had a very good experience today working with Wayne! I called early morning and they were able to fit me into the schedule that afternoon. Took the time to explain what had happened to cause the heat to not work accordingly, as well as offer a few tips to ensure success for the future. I appreciated the prompt response from the service team, and the thoughtfulness provided while onsite.
Slum lord of a company. All they care about is profit. Preach micromanagement. Super cheap no support. Work here and you will get gray hair, drink every night, question your skills and abilities, and spend your free time job hunting. After working for them I no longer have the desire to be in construction or even a electrician. Not sure who or how they are rated such a good company.
Wayne Jr was absolutely fabulous! He was not only efficient but also incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on with our heating system, which really put my mind at ease. Additionally, he walked me through how the thermostat worked, ensuring I understood everything. His patience and expertise made a significant difference. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need!
