Just now getting around to reviewing this since we’re still in the process of trying to get our doorbell fixed. Our lennar rep contracted Romanoff to come and fix a wiring issue rendering my ring doorbell useless. Not only did the tech not arrive until 3 hours after the scheduled service time (close to 7pm) but he broke my replacement ring doorbell, fried the chime and the wiring, and only shrugged his shoulders and said, “I think I broke it. Driver pulled directly in front of us. Slammed on brakes. Almost caused an accident on I-24 this evening around the 5 o'clock hour. The truck number was 227. 5/22/24
