My daughter’s car is a 2024 Corolla. She bought snow tires from Goodyear and they said she needs an alignment. We called Romano to see if it was under warranty. They said yes. So they wanted the car in early and would keep it the whole day. Along with a long line of people dropping off their car at the same time. Just lost a loyal customer. Disgusted with the condescending, blame shifting, unhelpful conversation I just had with the service manager.
My wife’s car has been here for 2 oil changes and will never go back. I’m glad that her tire did not fall off, but this place should be embarrassed about the problems I’ve found with her car after both times it’s come back from this dump! This dealership is by far the worst one I have ever come across, do not bring any vehicle here for any service!
Set an appointment for 7am on a Monday morning and they were bright eyed and bushy tailed ready to work! Taylor was great and they only did work on my RAV4 Hybrid that I asked for - will be going back here for service in the future!
