Very disappointed with my experience at this Toyota dealership. I brought my car in specifically because it was having acceleration and loss-of-power issues. I paid for their diagnosis and recommended service expecting the problem to be properly identified and fixed. After getting the car back, it is doing the exact same thing it was doing before I brought it in. There has been no improvement whatsoever. My daughter’s car is a 2024 Corolla. She bought snow tires from Goodyear and they said she needs an alignment. We called Romano to see if it was under warranty. They said yes. So they wanted the car in early and would keep it the whole day. Along with a long line of people dropping off their car at the same time. Very inconvenient considering we live on the other side of town. Between the time of the initial call and the actual appointment, the battery died twice after being jumped. It’s under warranty. Just lost a loyal customer. Disgusted with the condescending, blame shifting, unhelpful conversation I just had with the service manager.
My wife’s car has been here for 2 oil changes and will never go back. I’m glad that her tire did not fall off, but this place should be embarrassed about the problems I’ve found with her car after both times it’s come back from this dump! This dealership is by far the worst one I have ever come across, do not bring any vehicle here for any service!
