Dr. Romano and his staff are not professional, trustworthy, and dependable. They are not caring for patients; 3 times for postponement and then canceling right 10 minutes before the appointment time. Dr. Romano said to me, 'Go to other places' He was arrogant and irresponsible as medical personnel. I had a gum problem and saw Dr. Romano on Jan 14, 2022. I had a tooth extracted. I was absolutely terrified at first, but It was a breeze. Anyway the extraction was painless. The needle hurt some going in though, but I was happy that the tooth was removed with no pain. I go back to have another extraction, and then a cavity filled, and a root canal possibly and a bridge. Yes I waited too long to get to a dentist. But at least I am on the right path now. 5 stars will be granted when they offer tv tv, and classical music and dental gift bags!

I absolutely love going there. He is a no-nonsense Dr. He's also reasonably priced. Especially because I have insurance that doesn't cover it .i have gone to four different dentists in the last 2 months trying to find someone who could pull my wisdom tooth. Nobody would tell me why they couldn't until I went to see him. He informed me of the risks of him pulling my tooth but also said he would do it if I absolutely wanted him to. Instead he referred me to an oral surgeon. Thankful I went 2 C him

Dr. Romano and his staff are not pleasant to work with. I believe he was attempting to over bill our insurance. And after both myself and my husband calling Dr. Romano's staff to verify his insurance coverage he was then told, following an expensive procedure, that he was not covered at all!!!! It was quite infuriating.
