Internet sales was great. Appointment a dealership was a disappointment. Salesperson was on the phone during each interaction making it difficult to interact. She didn't follow through with communications when I expressed interest.
How does a woman go into your shop for a simple NY State inspection, ($10)and a simple oil change.....should be 60-80 dollars top.... on a car that's brand new.... get charged 180 dollars? I can't believe how this dealer takes advantage of women. truly a disgrace... be happy because you will not get anymore business.

Had an amazing experience taking my lease into the service department! I have never had service people be so nice and accommodating to me. I had my 3 month old baby there with me and they were quick to get my vehicle finished and parked it nice and close to make things easier for me! Thank you for making this such a great experience!
The service department is exceptional.
The dealer was quick to respond and was able to set up a test drive to my schedule. The car was listed accurately. The staff was friendly and helpful.

“Car Salesman” is not a Dirty Word at Romano Mazda! You won’t find your parents “old-school sleazy salesman” experience here! My sales rep Cameron Steppe was friendly, professional and has a great sense of humor (which helped to make the otherwise mundane paperwork process actually quite pleasant).
