Very dangerous place to have your car serviced... avoid service advisor Nick Skinnard at all cost he will try to screw you ..and when he is caught and you say no .. he is looking to hurt you period.. had my car was in there last week 7/6/22 for a oil change .. Nick wanted to change the brake fluid .. i said ok .. then i mentioned the cars inspection is due at the end of August .. i told him if it will pass do it today ..if not i will correct any issues and come back . I cannot say enough about everyone who works here! We live a hour away and Steve ensured that we got the best deal possible before we drove all the way up there. Marivic took care of as and was super sweet and knowledgeable.As soon as we arrived the sales team was absolutely amazing, nice, fast, efficient. All of them beyond friendly, I can honestly say that they have gained a customer for life! Thank you guys! You are awesome!!
Now the salesperson - Maravic- calls me demanding that I take down my review within 24 hours or get this - she will write a letter to my employer. Yes folks this is the Romano way apparently.
