I would give a negative star if I could. The service department at Romano Ford in Fayetteville nearly cost me a blown engine on a relatively new F150 and didn't care that I could have been stranded without a vehicle.. I began seeking help there in 2021 to address a problem with excessive oil consumption and recurring engine lights. My first appointment was canceled and rescheduled to ONE MONTH later. My 2023 Mach-e had a faulty coaxial cable after only about a month. A few months later, I broke down and brought the car in for diagnosis and service. They needed to keep it for a week, but they gave me a loaner and returned the car detailed and fully charged. Since it's still under warranty, it didn't cost me anything. They were friendly, kept me informed, and professional. Absolutely no complaints.
