Yesterday (12/01) afternoon I made a special trip to the Park Place location only to find the doors locked and lights off yet a large sign was inside that stated OPEN. I called the store to only have the phone ring without answer. Very disappointing.
Worst place ever. Don’t ever shop here. Rude service. Price gouging. Unbelievable. Cheaper prices in rodeo drive!

Luv luv luv. If your in the market for frames that you won't see yourself coming and going in, Romelli Optix is the only place to shop. In addition to unique eyewear, they put new meaning to customer service. It was a pleasure doing bz with Phil.
This is the only place in KC you will ever need to go to get your glasses. I have been buying my sunglasses and prescription glasses the day they opened there first store, and it has been a 5 star experience every-time I walk in the door. Love this place!!!
