I was make schedule to see doctor and waiting me for a couple hours and they don’t see!
My wife and I had an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience at Romanat Clinic. We first arrived at 9:30 AM to pick up her medical results, but the staff refused to provide them, saying they could only be released between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. When I called later to ask about this policy, I was told that no such rule exists. When I requested a written copy of their policy, they refused to provide it. I went to this place today, and the front desk lady was so disrespectful and unhelpful. There was a Spanish lady helping others in their own language because they didn’t speak English. We also went to this place, thinking they would help us in Amharic since we don’t speak English well, but she never responded to us at all. Finally, we left because we needed better service.
