who in the world heats an italian mix? not only that but that wonderful cashier with the utmost friendly and helpful demeanor gabby cant wait to chew you out on the phone. I still cant get over who in the hell heats an italian mix and has the gal to call themselves an italian kitchen. french onion soup tastes like a lukewarm saltlick
I ordered a fried cheese calzone last Tuesday when I got it I cut it and it had so much chicken in it and the pieces of chicken was burnt! There was more chicken than cheese! It was gross and tasted like burnt chicken! Sent a message never heard a word! Then tonight I ordered medium wings and no medium sauce at all whatever sauce it was it was not medium! Never again will I get anything from this place!! 2 sucky dinners!
Recommendedgreat food great staff that goes out of the way to make everything perfect for your dining experience. one of the best menus around that is always adding more great food. I definitely recommend this restaurant and the grinders are to die for
RecommendedI don’t know the owner. I don’t know the chefs but I just have to give them credit at Romana‘s for putting together this scallop-grilled peach-roasted tomato salad for just $8.99. It was as delicious.
I won’t be coming back ever again, after several issues regarding food being made incorrectly or them “forgetting” that the order was for take out and not pick up which caused the food to be cold and be delivered very late AFTER I had called and asked for an eta on my late order. Besides the issues I previously mentioned the passed 2-3 times I have ordered the food was always at least half an hour late, in addition to a majority of those orders having issues.
