Roman did a phenomenal job of guiding us through the selling process. He gave us excellent advice on how to make our home an inviting space for perspective buyers. We sole our home in a week in a market when Waco homes were on the market for an average of 90 days. In addition to all of that, he also went above and beyond. Even in a tough market, he got our home sold quickly for a great price and negotiated professionally for a great price on the home we were buying. He was absolutely fantastic and for US all the way through the process. He gave great advice, represented us so well, and made us feel like his priority at all times!
First time sellers. We had an excellent experience with Roman. He was professional, timely in all communications, and also so flexible and kind. He give us great advice at the start. We took it to heart, and the process was honestly so easy!
