We've been customers for over 7 years now and have always had the best service and experiences. Roman Oil has come to our house in the middle of the night for an emergency furnace issue when it was below freezing outside. They have also fixed our air conditioner mini splits which were not even installed by them. Excellent communication and all of the staff are very friendly. We recommend Roman Oil to everyone!
One morning during this extreme heat, I suspected that my A/C was not working. I called Roman and left a message on their emergency line shortly after 7:00 AM. I received a return within a 1/2 hour from the on-call repair man to whom I explained my issue. He said someone from the office would call me soon. I then received a call by 8:30 am advising me that someone would be out between 9:00 am and 11:00 am. They arrived at 9:40 and by 10:40 my A/C was back up and running. On one of the warmest days this week, our compressor capacitor malfunctioned resulting in an overheating of the motor. We immediately called Roman Oil, described our situation and were assured a technician would be at our home in an hour. Twenty minutes later Chris our HVAC technician arrived, quickly assessed the problem, replaced the capacitor and we were up and running within 30 minutes. Chris, along with other technicians, office staff customer service are second to none, they are true professionals!! Thank you!!
