Roman Oil is probably my favorite business in CT. They are very nice, from the customer service to the technicians. Super knowledgeable and their service prices are the best you’ll find. Recently, I asked for a quote on a new furnace since a different company quoted me $2000 to repair our 30+ year old furnace (and wasn’t even sure the parts were available) and Roman’s tech said, oh no, this is not a $2000 repair and we for sure have the parts. We’ve been with Roman oil for about 3 years now and I can’t imagine using any other company for our oil and heating needs. The staff is never anything but friendly, personable, and efficient and the company has worked with us and been flexible with our needs. I had to come here and write this review because I was reminded today why this is such a great company - today our oil delivery driver from made my 15 month old’s day. We've been customers for over 7 years now and have always had the best service and experiences. Roman Oil has come to our house in the middle of the night for an emergency furnace issue when it was below freezing outside. They have also fixed our air conditioner mini splits which were not even installed by them. Excellent communication and all of the staff are very friendly. We recommend Roman Oil to everyone!
