Customer service was good but unfortunately the quality of sns application didn’t hold up to general expectations. This isn’t my normal salon, but I didn’t have time to have mine done at my usual place so I tried it here. Price is the same as anywhere. I could tell right away it wasn’t going to hold up just by the technique of application. It was all along my skin and cuticle. Some edges were missed along the sides of my nails.
