Really great practice! Very patient centered and friendly! They really take the time to treat you as a real person with real concerns, not just a number to pad their stats!
If you have an appointment here, showing up early will not get you seen any earlier; plan to be there waiting for at least 3 hours. Although the nurses/MA's are awesome, the only PA I actually like at Roman no longer works there, and the rest of them could care less about patient's problems/concerns. My advice would be to not waste your time or money and look elsewhere for a primary care provider to save yourself the frustration.
Dr. Roman has been my doctor for several years now and is probably one of the best doctors I have ever visited. This is also probably the reason why I can never get an appointment with him. The office staff and PA's SUCK!!! It is nothing but constant confusion, not knowing, not following up, and always almost a half day wait when you go in. Latest problem was having x-ray of my knee and PA had to have Dr. Roman read it. She said she would call with the results and now has been over a week with no call.
