Just had a ride with Roman Limousine, and it was excellent. The driver arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and made the trip very comfortable. The vehicle was spotless and felt luxurious without being over the top. Smooth ride, no stress, and I felt well taken care of the whole way. Will definitely book again next time.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. After attempting to book multiple rides — at least nine — I decided to call directly, assuming it would be easier to explain my needs over the phone. Unfortunately, the representative, Roman, was dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. His tone in both email and our conversation reflected a lack of courtesy and customer care. We reserved a limo for our son's high school graduation, and the entire experience was outstanding. Our driver, Howard, was exceptional—professional, courteous, kind, and perfectly punctual.
