After a few stressful months at work, my work friends work and I scheduled a night out on the town and hired Roman Limo to chauffeur us around. Our driver was extremely friendly and courteous and brought us safely to multiple destinations in Boston, even in heavy traffic. This is definitely a high end limousine company, with new vehicles on display I was surprised to get royal treatment having Leo our chauffeur for the night. Leo showed up 35 min prior to our scheduled pick up, with vehicle fully stocked with ice and water in a new 2016 Party Bus. We was the first customers in this new party bus, delivered weeks before our party. Driver had a mobile terminal where I swiped my card at the pick up, got everyone on board and the rest is history. Absolutely awful, after 15 years in customer service I can say I've never heard of any company treating customers the way we were treated. I would absolutely not recommend this company! Use Roman limousine if you want to get swindled out of your money.
Horrible! They would not let me reschedule. I understand I had to cancel last minute but a good company would work with me instead of forcing me to just cancel the appointment so they could take the full amount of money I still owed without any services being rendered. I did not appreciate the attitude over the phone when I was trying to explain what happened and why I would like to reschedule. But getting paid $800 for not doing anything besides having a contract with fine print is B.S. I will never recommend this company.
