Don’t go in if you have items that you want to test and sell. They will look at you and just treat you like dirt immediately for even inquiring about wanting to test your jewelry. Came in with the intention to sell a gold wedding band and a 18K Italian gold chain but walked out extremely disappointed with how I was immediately treated. Go to Trent’s Jeweler’s instead; they treat people with respect there.
