I had a wonderful experience with Olivia at Roman Jewelers. This started with a simple request to put a “hinge” on my 30 year old engagement ring and wedding band so I could continue to wear them. At our first meeting Olivia shared that I may not be able to keep my settings in tact to accomodate the new hinge, which was so upsetting since it had major sentimental value as designed.
