I always have the best experience with Jen Ruh at Roman’s. She is incredibly kind, friendly and genuinely welcoming. She listens to what I want and always finds a way to make it happen. There is never any pressure when I deal with Jen…just thoughtful and honest advice. She truly cares about her customers and just wants me to feel comfortable with my choice. Amazing jewelers with knowledge and excellent service. Made purchases over time including diamond rings and most recent was a men’s bracelet that Dori helped us find. Incredibly helpful and attention to details and went above and beyond to help us get it sooner for a gift. I will definitely shop here again and encourage others to as well!
I stopped by a few weeks ago to have my Rolex watch resized and adjusted. I was greeted and assisted by Angela who was exceptional. Not only did she go out of her way to adjust my watch, but also provided me with a complimentary travel case. We had great, meaningful conversation, and she even let me try on many time pieces. Had a great experience with servicing my Rolex. And also sizing and polishing a diamond bands everyone was so professional. Also friendly, offering something to drink when you first come in. Would definitely go back
