For the past 5 years Kenny has been my go to for all my jewelry. He has delivered my dream watch. He hand curates gifts for my wife and daughter. I have dealt with Romans for many years. The primary reason though is because of their sales staff, especially Jennifer. She is so attentive and really provides amazing service and attention to detail. I haven’t really dealt with anybody else and quite frankly I don’t think I would want to deal with anybody else because she is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and attentive to details. It’s staff like Jennifer that make Roman jewelers the best that it is.
I wanted to thank you for gifting me the watch that was on my wish list! Angela kept me updated throughout the process and provided professional, outstanding service. I truly appreciate the great experience!
