Going to a wedding today and broke my earring. Stopped in and the gentleman fixed it immediately and no charge!! While I was waiting I looked at their amazing inventory!! Beautiful diamonds, pearls, precious gems, and awesome sterling silver hoops too!! Cannot wait to go back and get them!! Kindness and great customer service!! What more can go ask for!!
I am a serious jewelry collector. I am not in the jewelry business. In that I mostly collect rare and unusual gems, and set them in fine jewelry I purchase at wholesale prices, a neighborhood jewelry store such as this does not appeal to me as far as its retail inventory is concerned. The few times I visited Roman Jewelers were for minor repairs or modifications to pieces in my existing collection. It was convenient for me as I live nearby. They are not paying the highest price for your gold like what they claimed to do on the radio. In fact, there are paying less than half of what your gold is worth. They appear friendly and honest but REALLY...they are ripping off.
I heard their ads on the radio,so I decided to check them out. They were so nice. There was no waiting. They looked at my gold, gave me an estimate which was a lot more than I expected, and then went through everything right in front of me. Then they reweighed everything and gave me even more that the first estimate. Now that's honest business. I strongly recommend them.
