Went to Roman about 3 wks ago with a bent illusion setting holding 1/5 carat diamond. Owner wasn't very helpful. Charged $10 to straighten setting then said ring had other issues. Asked about replacing the shank & setting & he abruptly said he doesn't carry them. Guess my diamond wasn't large enough for his time. Went to another jeweler who has gladly repaired my ring. Now I have white gold instead of the yellow. Owner's loss & our gain. Now we know why there are no cars in front of his store. Would never recommend.
I am very thankful and grateful for the service Vlad and Elena provided me with and keep providing me with every time I come into their store.
I purchased my wife's engagement ring from Roman Jewelers in 2011. I shopped around for months and only at their store I found something as uniqe and beautiful as my wife's ring!!! It is a truly uniqe job and every jeweler that looks at this ring is amazed at how amazing the ring is with all stones and setting.
Keep in mind that they service their jewelry as long as you own it!!! I have been back several times to clean nd resize my wife's engagement ring and they do it quickly and professionally! and FREE!!!
They are always willing to help you in any ways possible and Vlad and Elena are very personable and nice people. Everyone has good and bad experiences and has set prices set in their mind. If they charge more compared to another jeweler in the area, it doesn't mean they are bad! I would strongly recommend buying from them.
Roman Jewelers offers competitive pricing in the area and I would strongly recommend coming to them and seeing what they have to offer. If you do not like their selection on their displays, you can always ask them about what else they have to offer. They can help you get any jewelry you wish for at the very reasonable price.

I was trying to sell some diamond jewelry and went to Roman's to get a quote. The man who looked at my rings was incredibly polite, friendly, and honest- qualities which are very hard to come buy in diamond buyers. They also had some really nice jewelry there. I would recommend the store.
