Been with Roman Empire since march thats 7months they never created a chart 📈 or goals took 6mnths to get a BCBA I expressed my concerns for months and it went in one ear and out the other my case worker or the person who was supposed to checking in was Nadia and she doesn’t communicate or follow up with her clients Stephen is the BCBA I met him once and never heard from him again we reached out to him several times times and our messages go unanswered. I am very frustrated with this company. Our service provider, while a nice person, has missed many sessions, and rarely seems to actually get anything done. I end up doing more work than they do. I am not even sure what their job description is as so little gets accomplished.
The therapist always canceled. I have 2 kids on Roman Empire but it's already been 2 months and still waiting for a therapist for him, the youngest one the therapist they assigned always canceled the day they supposed to come. Such a disappointment. They never communicate with me, no calls. I have to call them for an update everytime.
If i could give this agency a 0 star i would. We had the WORST experience with them. They are terrible at communicating and will have you waiting with no updates. You have to keep reaching out to them and keep bugging them until You hear something back. Also, it seems as if NO ONE is ever on the same page over there. They are a HUGE disappointment. Don’t even waste your time with them.
Funny how only the employees that work here give themselves a 5 ⭐️ review but parents that have reviewed this place give it the worst review? I’ve delt with this company for a month and only to get zero communication, no call back, no response, no emails, or anything they send people who are inexperienced to handle children with Autism or the person will just not show up at all!
