My garage door opener from pre-2000 broke and Tim from Roman Doors was dispatched to address the issue. Through the duration of his service visit he was very friendly and personable, and worked quickly to address the issue. He replaced the unit with a brand new one and even tuned up the door itself as an appreciated extra. He also made sure that I was set up with the app for my new opener before he left.
