Sent me multiple text messages claiming they were going to call the police to do a well check because I did not respond to their calls or texts. I did not have my phone with me at the time and my child viewed my text messages and thought something really happened to me. In my opinion they are bullies out to get their commission. I personally would go to another realtor, there are plenty around that won’t send harassing text messages claiming they will call the police.
I signed up with Roman Balandin and they strongly recommended Andrew as a great lawyer for me to use. So I did, and attorney Andrew was horrible. At closing he did not protect my homestead rebate, even though I repeatedly told him about it coming. He did all the legal paper work required for the sale of my home. However, I had to chase the new homeowners for my $1000. homestead rebate that went to their township property tax . I also could not get any help from Roman Reality.
