I placed an order in July, but despite numerous follow-ups, I have never received either my jewelry or a refund from the company.
Bought a necklace from Romali as a gift for my wife and she loved it. The packaging was so elegant we didn't even need gift wrap. Looks expensive but very affordable. She wears it every day. Thank you Romali!
Amazing experience at Romali! Tannaz helped me pick the perfect bracelet and she did an amazing job helping me find what I wanted. She was very friendly, patient, and paid great attention to detail. I’m really happy with the bracelet I bought and would definitely recommend Romali!
I came in with my grandmother the other day to find a pair of earrings. The staff were so kind to customize an earring to her liking as well as change the backing so it was easier to insert and remove. Amazing customer service, beautiful store layout, and good prices!
Such an amazing place to get jewelry and gifts for loved ones! Walked in and was greeted by the most friendly person! She was amazing assisting me to get a birthday gift for my friend and they even made me a custom birthday card for her! Thank you so much for all your help, definitely recommending this spot.
