Went in to have him file my taxes. We talked and I gave him all my tax return info. I emailed him the info while I was there and he said he got it. I emailed him a few times after a week went by and got no response. When I called he didn't even remember who I was and could not find any of my emails. He told me to send all the information again. I found another accountant after that.
Great customer service and support Always there to assist with all matters related if not to guide you through any issues. Best place in town!!
Honestly disappointed. I tried to not have to do this but I'm tired of the calling and waiting. Unprofessional and waste of time. I really did have high hopes but what I experienced, I hoped others don't.
