Google Review needs to be able to use 0 stars because Romain Service needs it. Romain Service home if the 24hr warranty and the broken phone. I understand electrical issues can take some time to diagnose but after 2 months they still haven't gotten it figured out. I wouldn't be that upset either if they would communicate with me about what's going on or the status of the service.
