From a contractor’s point of view this company lacks any business ethics. If your client looks for tile at their shop Roma will attempt to steal you client/ project right out from under you nose, unscrupulous! I would and will not ever go to or send a client to these people.
RUDE! Terrible experience at Roma Tile on Wolf Street in Syracuse. Drove over an hour to look at granite slabs and was treated rudely from the moment I walked in. I had called a week earlier and the woman on the phone was very pleasant, and scheduled me for a 2 hour appointment with her to go over my options. Instead, I was not even greeted upon entering and when I approached the desk was asked "Who sent you?!" and "Who are you here to see?!"
