My husband and I celebrated Valentine’s Day at Roma’s Pizzeria on Main Street, Boonton, yesterday evening. It truly was a great experience. I had a salmon dish and my husband had a shrimp dish. You can tell their meals are made with excellent ingredients that satisfy our needs. And trust me I’m fussy. I grew up on Italian food so I know what’s ok, good or outstanding.
