Food is always cold and it takes anywhere from 1.5 -2 hours to get your delivery. We have tried several times in hopes that the service would get better but after waiting for 1.5 hours tonight and then find out that they haven’t even fixed our order I’m done!
2 hour wait for cold food
Asked for well done and I get this oily messy.
Call in order all wrong an was doing a pick up too!!! Wrong crust and if this is a large you can kiss my butt!! Concentrate on quality to... this is a bad pie!!!
I ordered from the one in Franklinton and I’ve never had such terrible food! The 2 steak and cheese subs I ordered were very skimpy on the meat and cheese, plus the bread was hard as a rock! And the chicken Alfredo I received the chicken was under cooked and there was no sauce! Basically it was a piece and a half of chicken laid on top of some penne pasta with hardly any Alfredo sauce! The only thing I ordered that was any count was the sampler appetizer! Definitely not worth the 30 some dollars it cost me! Never again!!
Every time I order delivery, I am told it will take 45 min to an hour. And every time, it takes 1.5 hrs+. The food is cold and bland. And tonight when I ordered, I was charged for 4 sodas instead of the 2 that I ordered.
RecommendedFood is good. Delivery has always been sooner than expected and drivers are super nice. Being most places do not deliver here because of distance, I appreciate that Roma's does. TY!
Weren’t even supposed to deliver to my house and they did. Very helpful with ordering!
