This small car dealer knows customer service well. I was chasing an old Subaru WRX which is in Roma's inventory. I am from out of state but had to fly to all the way to Cali to inspect the car. This is certainly not expensive vehicle but still, Marco offered to pick me up at the airport with the car so I can inspect it right away. They dont even deserve a one star!!!!!! I bought a car from them in January 2017 I saw the car on their website and it was listed for $4000 They told me it was an error and they couldn't change it. I was desperate and needed a car and don't have good credit so I bought it anyway. By the time I financed the car with them I was paying over 6k for it. Which I later found out it's worth no more than $2000 in excellent condition . I told them the A.c. had to work or no deal. He took it to their "mechanic" and told me it was fixed... read more
